Quest dialogue
On acceptance
That ragged wing... was this trophy looted after defeating
Bloodstorm Nouver atop Tyrant's Hill?
There was a time when I searched for traces of Nouver
at the Mountain of Eternal Winter, once known as the dragons' paradise.
Give it to me, and I shall exchange it with armor
inspired by the mighty power of Bloodstorm Nouver
crafted specially in my hometown.
'Tis an armor bearing the dragon's vigor and ferocity.
While in progress
That ragged wing... is this the trophy looted from defeating
Bloodstorm Nouver who appears atop Tyrant's Hill?
On completion
Thank you very much. This will be of great use to my research.
This piece is known as the Dormant Nouverikant Armor.
You will need a special power to handle this gear,
as dealing with a Dragon's aura is no ordinary feat.
Try crafting this armor with the Bloodlit Eye of the Desert, said to
contain the sorrows of those lost in battle, and the power of black stones.
