Navir, the Commander of the Acher Western Camp, is worried about the supply levels. Bring Navir Forest Ronaros Feather, which is used to make arrows.

We are having some trouble with our supplies.
The camp is surrounded by the Fadus from the Loopy Tree Forest
and the Forest Ronaros
so fewer wagons are making it through to here.
Well I suppose we have no choice but to become more self-sufficient.
Do you mind supplying us with some Forest Ronaros Feathers?
I won't ask how you got them.
I wonder if you will be able to defeat them if it comes to it though...

or from fighting Forest Ronaros.
