Rosa Kloko

Manager of Velia's Imperial Trade. It is unclear where the Kloko family came from originally, but they have been close with House Bartali and involved in important affairs in Velia through the generations, ever since the Bartalis helped them become established in Balenos in the first place. Rosa may be reserved and quiet, but she is also smart and honest.
