He was impressed with the long-running Black Crystal Extraction facilities in Keplan, so he paid through the nose to buy a blueprint from the designer Eldas. He used this blueprint for the development of the Extraction Mill in Serendia. He is supported by the Calpheon Parliament. Greko thinks there is nothing that cannot be done as long as you have money.
