Decline of Stone Production

Keplan, with the biggest quarry in the continent, produces a huge amount of quality rock. The recent decrease of production, however, has become a concern in Calpheon. Keplan hasn't reported any problems thus far, so Calpheon is considering sending auditors. Villagers of Keplan say that the cause of the production drop is due to a recent decrease in employees, the reason for which currently unknown.
