Miniature Elephant

Miniature elephants are gifted with special talents. It may look heavy on the outside, but its gait is as light as a rabbit's. They are much smaller than ordinary elephants; small enough that an adult miniature elephant is about the same size of an ordinary baby elephant. However, their power can be compared to their bigger counterparts. Merchants love training and using them in cross-continental trade since miniature elephants are small enough to ride and handle, but powerful enough to carry loads. They used to be popular pets among Valencian aristocrats, but they became endangered soon after the rumors about their organ's medicinal effect were spread. To protect the species, Shakatu Merchant Guild cooperated with Old Moon Guild to capture the remaining miniature elephants and kept them safely away from poachers. Given some time, the elephants multiplied enough, and the league started giving permission to nurture these elephants only to those who are qualified.
