Asparkan Fort

The fortress built by Neruda Shen, who led the revival of Altinova, to aggressively develop the southern region of Mediah, Ulukita. Naturally, there are many wealthy people in the fort, especially those who are closely related to the merchant guild, so everything is too expensive for the laborers who have come to work in the south under contract with the Shen Merchant Guild.
