According to the tales of the elders, Velandir is the land where the "Origin of Earth" was discovered, and it's also a place where the proud descendants of the Knights of Dawn reside. Despite the harsh environment, they lead a self-sufficient life, occasionally receiving aid from Shakhtar Pier, although the exact motives and identities of those behind this remain a mystery.
