Mount Level Down Ticket

- Description: Decreases your current mount's level by one. ※ With this item in your inventory, use "Level Down" at a stable or in the Mount Information window to lower your mount's level by 1. ※ Cannot be used on mounts that have not leveled up since the release of the level down ticket. ※ Upon use, your mount's level will drop by one, reverting its stats and skills to that level. ※ After the level decrease, you cannot use a level down ticket until the mount levels up again. ※ Only available for mounts above Lv. 1 and below Lv. 31. ※ Any skills learned by using Mount Skill Change Coupons will be reverted. ※ Available for: Horse ※ This item cannot be used on guild and NPC-obtained mounts.
