I needed a linchpin device to control the Mala after they were constructed. My first attempt was a failure, rendered utterly useless by the Mala's potent poison. After laboring for three full fortnights, I was able to create one capable of controlling the Mala. Frankly, the poison is rather easy to avoid if you've encountered it before. However, my latest creation will not be so easy to fight. Enemies who dare face this creation will be completely paralyzed, unable to control their bodies as their flesh melts away. - Syca
