That fallen rock is kind of slanted so that the upper part is bigger than its lower part. The middle of the rock doesn't seem to be broken, so my guess is this change happened gradually, over a long period of time.

How to obtain: Can be obtained through [Interaction] A huge rock that's toppled over in Syca's Grave catches your eye.
