A certain alchemist was analyzing the make up of actual dragon tears and ended up creating some liquid of similar composition. It is a hot spring made of Dragon's Tears, good for relieving weariness made of Dragon's Tears. Legends say that one day, this alchemist fell into a puddle of Dragon's Tears and fell asleep, and he dreamt of a dragon shedding tears and telling him that he must not forget the story of the dragons.
