Soryu

The leader of the Ratt Delegation sent across the sea from the Land of the Morning Light resides in the island of Oquilla. She keeps to herself and is known to be quite shy. Hence she gets along well with Moran, who often reaches out to her first. She often tells fortunes for the villagers at Moran's request, and she strives in her efforts to be acknowledged as the rightful leader of the Ratt Delegation.
