Radiant Undersea Vortex

Many phenomena occur in the world that cannot be explained. Near the waters of Randis Island... Deep within a cave beneath the sea spun a radiant vortex of light. Strangely enough, even though we were underwater... we could breathe in that place. A tiny gift bestowed by god unto the sea? Or the spiteful souls of those wronged by its waters...
