Ataraxia's Records: Encounter

After waking up from losing my memories, I recall walking towards wherever I felt my body lead me. Suddenly, I stumbled upon some poachers who had ambushed a poor Diné. The overconfident steed had occupied an old deer's nest and was in the middle of an afternoon nap. It didn't help that the nest was located near the village, thus making it an easy target for the poachers as well. If I hadn't coincidentally been in the same area, the poor horse would've lost its own horn. And yet, when I had chased those poachers off, why are you crying, dear Diné? I may have lost my memories, but I don't think I'll ever forget the memory of such a tearful steed. From henceforth, I dub thee... Neigh Neigh. As I've taken from the land, so too may it be blessed. May only joy follow in our travels together.
