Guidelines for the Beacon Guards V

If unexpected circumstances prevent swift ignition of the signal fire, a spare pole must be hoisted with a red cloth on it. If the weather is not clear and clear visual communication is not viable, the guards must issue warnings by sounding horns or running to the nearest beacon.
