The fourth of the Eight Splendors of Byukgye, chosen by an unknown scholar. A humble pond rests amidst the steep, rocky mountains. A willow tree stands by it like a guard. Rumors at the institute suggest that an apparition appears here on moonless nights. However, it is not believed by many. "The drooping branches may appear morose, but if you gaze at them long enough, their warmth will make itself known."
