Neruda Plain Statues I

Neruda Shen's statue is the one being completed the fastest in Neruda Plain. Before this place was named Neruda Plain, laborers called it the plain of possibilities. Many of the laborers who first came to Ulukita were filled with dreams and excitement. The notice posted by the Shen Merchant Guild also read, "Develop uncultivated land and become the owner of new land, a new wealthy person!" However, the Shen that they followed built Asparkan Fort, which was more of a huge military fortress than a city in Ulukita.
