He wants to open his own restaurant but doesn't have the money yet. So for now he is just a cook. He always invents new foods and new recipes that he will use in his own fancy restaurant someday. He constantly speculates on where his place will be. He hopes to take over the Golden Toad Inn and turn it into a restaurant for fine dining.
