Betta
About
The betta, with fins more delicate than silk, swims through lakes and rivers, its movements like cherry blossoms drifting on a spring breeze. Legend has it that the first person to discover this fish wished for it to bear their name, Betta, before passing away with eyes wide open. The townsfolk, afraid of bad luck, started calling it Betta, and the name stuck.
