Toro

Toro, member of the Crow Merchant Guild, in charge of the Papu barterers. When the Papus first arrived at Crow's Nest on their tiny ship, Toro fought with Chiro, who had exclusively only hired Otters as barterers, to hire the Papus as well. Eventually Patrigio gave in to Toro and thus made half of the barterers to be hired as Papus.
