I admired him. I appreciated how he could see the possibilities of the future and speak of hope. At one point, I too wanted to follow the future he was building. But in the end, visionaries are destined to be lonely. The master failed. He paid the price for a mere human glimpsing the future. He denied the gods, and the gods denied him. Everything he loved—his world, the people, ...even his disciple—brought down all he had built. - Orze
