Khan, the Eye of the Great Ocean Khan was once revered as a god by the Black Turtles, known to them as the Eye of the Moon. It is said that Khan disappeared eons ago, when the Vell Pirates and their crew arrived, guided by the twelve constellations. Yet, some claim that Khan's mournful cries can still be heard, echoing from the unfathomable depths of Oquilla's Eye.
