A Fogan researcher and captain at the southwestern post. The only Shai girl in the area. She tries to converse and negotiate with the Fogans rather than fight with them. She knows the story of why they migrated there, and believes there is a reason for the Fogans' violent behavior. She frequently asks adventurers to capture Fogans for research.
