Ravikel

Ravikel is the wharf manager at Oquilla's Eye. Ravikel is known for being the friendliest out of the Old Moon Guild members dispatched at Oquilla's Eye. Ravikel is also responsible for being the first one to inform others in the event a pirate or ghost ship is spotted. He also has the role of politely telling those who do not have an Old Moon Guild permit to return back to where they came from.
