The underwater infiltration plan gained the most support and was carried out. But we hit a barrier and can proceed no further. If we break through, Enslar and the Valkyries will notice. Combat would be inevitable. Discussions continue, but it seems unlikely we will provoke them. This operation will likely be abandoned. A new plan will be drafted.
