Grándiha's Guild Wharf Manager, Dumba could only fall into despair. After hearing the news that the formerly closed Grándiha was opening once more, he had come merely as an observer, yet was immediately appointed Guild Wharf Manager by Guard Captain Hilda. Dumba was dumbfounded, for he had never even dipped a toe into the sea before.
