Isobelle Encarotia

Head of a branch of the Xian Merchant Guild and a current candidate for the Kalis Parliament, Isobelle is quicker than most when it comes to weighing profit and loss. Upon arriving in Angavu, she promptly secured the post of trade manager. This has given her the fastest access to both goods and information flowing into the outpost.
