Delnia

Papuraora Island's Advisor of the Panipani. Delnia is the Panipani Advisor appointed by Panipani Chief Benitu. Delnia is the strongest and most nimble of the young Papus, but is also apparently the number one contributor to all trouble-making that occurs in the village. Yet, when wise Benitu appointed the accident-prone Delnia as Advisor, she suddenly displayed a sense of responsibility never seen before, and can now be seen punishing other trouble-makers around the village. Once Delnia was appointed as Advisor, the Panipani village came to witness peace and tranquility.
