Kangkang

Kangkang the Mischievous of Papuraora Island. As her nickname depicts, Kangkang is a rather troublesome Papu. However, many including the Empress Papuraora have recently shown much interest in the young Papu. One day, while wanting to pull a prank on the Otters, Kangkang began digging up sand on the uninhabited island across from Wave's Rest. In due time, she succeeded in creating a land bridge that connected with the Otter's isle! Waiting for her was none other than the recent graduate of the Otter Military Academy, New Officer Digrio. Digrio has tried both the carrot and the stick to try to broker peace with the young Kangkang, but she shows no sign of backing down from her mischievous ways.
