Digrio

New Officer Digrio is a recent graduate of the Otter Military Academy. With exceptional grades he graduated top of his class, and was deployed to the frontlines. With a buoyant heart he carried out his military service when one day, he came upon a huge problem. The Papus located at a nearby, uninhabited island had been digging sand for quite some time, only to recently finish bridging that island to the Otters' island. Dumbfounded, Digrio realized the gravity of the situation and sought to broker a deal with the Papu, but to no avail.
