Owen

A resident who manages the outpost at Termination Shock. He records and monitors every vessel bound for Angavu Outpost, quietly fulfilling his duty to maintain order in this barren land. Diligent and composed, Owen treats adventurers with courtesy and takes care to ask whether they have any difficulties living here. Though he wishes food supplies were more plentiful, he takes unmistakable pride in having built the outpost with his own companions.
