Arthur

Arthur is one of the most earnest men you'll ever meet, yet he seems a lot colder than most other stable keepers. It's not that he's unfriendly, he just rarely speaks about personal matters and is known to bring conversations to an abrupt end when they infringe upon his privacy. Leomar will often invite local vendors to a sumptuous feast when visitor numbers are low, yet Arthur always excuses himself from these social gatherings citing that his "research" is keeping him busy. It is Arthur's dream to one day create ever-lasting mount gear.
