Sinatra

A man of mystery, Sinatra seemingly appeared out of nowhere and had integrated himself into the local community before anyone knew what was happening. With attire that doesn't seem to belong to any particular region, and an accent that no one can place, the only thing the locals can be sure of is that Sinatra is the very definition of mysterious. As such, people try to keep their distance from him, although Princilla claims to overheard him offering lucrative jobs to outsiders who have come to the village seeking to make money and escape their dire poverty.
