Igen was just an ordinary mercenary, but his daily treks to the Snowstorm Guard Post watchtower in order to take in the view of Everfrost led to him being referred to by everyone as the unofficial Snowstorm Guard Post guard captain. He was content to go along with the joke at first, but when he successfully subjugated a suspicious group at an abandoned house in disputed territory, his unofficial title as guard captain was made official!
