Noisy Huge Neighbors

It is said that the mutant guardians living in the nearby boreal forest roar from time to time. It appears the Wind Nol's Perch villagers have become deafened by it, because they're loud even when conversing. Sometimes the outsiders who aren't used to it are surprised by the sound piercing their eardrums.
