The Roof is a Good Drying Rack

Citron Orchards don't throw away the citron leaves, but rather dry them and use them to brew tea. That's probably why you can see a bunch of leaves spread out on the roof. Even the Papus who prefer sweet things like to drink citron leaf tea because it's bitter, but the smell of citron comes through.
