Tobias, the most influential person in the Drieghan Merchant Guild, lent money to numerous merchants with a kind face. Then demands from them to pay a preposterous amount of interest to grow his wealth. Merchants who were deceived, and now are constantly badgered by Tobias to pay the interest, regret it and implore him to lower the interest, even if its by a tiny fraction.
