Breukia

Before the Winter Trees became contaminated, a pregnant mother bear was chased by a hunter and asked the Winter Spirits for help. They hid the mother bear so she could give birth safely. The bear raised her firstborn, Breukia, to be a Winter Tree Protector in gratitude.
