Yooshin

A military official who cares deeply about the people. He is concerned about the awful rumors spreading outside of Moodle Village, and feels that more constables need to be recruited to maintain public safety. Yooshin is suspicious of Yeongam of the East as strange things have been happening since his arrival in Nampo, but he doesn't further investigate as both it is still very peaceful in the village.
