Seungsan

A cartographer who travels around the Land of the Morning Light and makes maps. He is staying at Hetnim Village, his hometown, and taking a good look at the situation as he heard that it is being threatened by the bandits. He can often be seen climbing up the mountain path without trouble in uncomfortable clothes, possibly from the experience of climbing up many mountains to make maps.
