Shatriman

Shatriman, a member of the Shakatu Merchants, is in charge of sponsoring Velandir. He's been losing sleep over the sound of someone crying. Despite scouring the entire town, the source remains elusive, leading Shatriman to the Clearwater Shrine, where the Origin of Clear Water is enshrined. Even as he thinks, "This can't be...", he finds himself unable to leave.
