Splashing Point

The chief, Bavio, founded this town. It is quite small in scale, but has a lively atmosphere due to the ongoing efforts to invent specialty items and new fishing methods. This liveliness has only increased since Captain Moguly recently moved to this town. The captain has caused quite a stir among the Baby Otters here. Inspired by Moguly, some of them are starting to dream about being pirates or soldiers instead of fishers.
