Shakatu Abandoned Pier

Rad Rasha is currently taking care of two more piers around Shakatu: one is the Abandoned Pier to the southwest of Shakatu, and the other is the newly established Hope Pier. For some reason, Rad Rasha is still staying at the Shakatu Abandoned Pier instead of moving to the new Hope Pier.
