Outpost Supply Port

A temporary port that was established to send supplies to the Northwestern Outpost. Calpheon's military commander decided that it'll be more advantageous in the long-term to send supplies through Port Epheria rather than through the rugged mountain path. They started building the port soon after the Northwestern Outpost was established, and the port was completed in a short amount of time.
