Bukpo

Bukpo is a port town located to the north of Hwanghae Province. It serves as a hub for collecting tax grains carried in by cargo ships and for auctioning seafood caught through fishing. To prevent embezzlement of tax grains or auction manipulation, the naval forces maintain strict surveillance.
