Theophil Batian

The patriarch of the Batians, the family with the deepest roots in all of Calpheon. The Batians have been ardent supporters of Elionism throughout the generations and their influence in the church is significant. A typical conservative family of the ruling class, they consider House Erne their distasteful rival, most especially due to their cooperation with merchants of little pedigree. Theophil Batian has a sly but composed personality and is man who believes strongly in his own personal values.
