Delphad Castillion

Delphad Castillion, Military Representative. He participated in the Valencia Expedition with Captain Brego Williar of the Delphe Knights, but then took a different path than Brego and eventually attained his current role as Chief Commander of the Trina Knights while entering the political scene. He manages the production and maintenance of war supplies under the jurisdiction of the Kalis Parliament. He is a hard man to become close with due to his rough mouth and his taciturn air.
