Harpy

According to the Guidebook for Adventurers, page 329, a Harpy is "a creature with a human-like face and big wings, and they are not that hostile." With their childlike personality, Harpies hate to have their things stolen, and have also taken the life of many adventurers by attacking them with sharp claws from above.
