Pirate Flag

From a Sailor's Log- If you see a pirate flag while sailing the seas, it means you have entered their waters. There are then just two options. Prepare to fight, or fall back a little bit and then prepare to fight. Basically, once you have made it that far, it is impossible to avoid contact with them.
